Swimming Pool Rules

All swimmers under the age of 18 must pass a swimming test to enter the deep end.

  -

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older.

  -

Admission to the pool my be refused to any person having a contagious disease, infectious disease, or unhealed abrasions.

  -

Swim suits only! No leotards, thongs, cut offs, colored T-shirts or any type of street attire allowed.

Rafts, inflatable devices, kickboards and balls are not allowed.

  -

Face masks, fins, and snorkels are not allowed.

  -

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the pool area or within fifty feet of the pool perimeters.

  -

Running, rough play, or boisterous behaviors are not allowed in the pool area.

  -

No food, drink, gum, tobacco, or glass containers will be allowed in the pool area.

  -

Foul or unusually lewd language or behavior will not be tolerated, and offenders will be required to leave.

  -

Soapy showers are required by the State Health Code before swimmers enter the pool.

  -

Children in diapers are allowed on the deck side only, but are not allowed in the pool. "Little Swimmers" are permitted.

Baby carriers and car seats are allowed. Stroller are prohibited.

  -

The Lifeguard or Manager have final authority and may amend any rule above to ensure the safety of all its patrons.

Persons violating any personal conduct regulations, either written or verbal, will be subject to ejection without refund or to other disciplinary action.
